i love my supra, when i bought it i was in a real bind and just needed a car. got it dirt cheap but ive put way more money into it sofar. it has grown on me and i plan to never get rid of it now ha.

i like driving an odd vehicle, everyone around me is either big on ricers or just doesnt car about cars. its cool to have something different you dont see old supras around every day.

it may be an import car but it never had that feel to me, it always seemed more like a japanese muscle car for some reason. people can put it down all they want ill still enjoy driving it and working on it, even if it costs me a small fortune

I get all guidy when I get to drive my Supra too and I have really nice expensive brand new cars. I just love my Supra that damn much.
I can only imagine peoples thoughts at work when they see me in a nice BMW or Pathfinder each day, then another day I roll in my loud ass mean ass looking 15 yr old supra. lol

When people ask why I'm doing what I'm doing to my car, I just tell them that a new car could never give me the satisfaction that this car does.
Not to mention that for what I'm doing, I'm thinking like $30,000 ballpark, and for that money, you can't buy a car that'll be as fast as mine

It took me 8 months to bring my supra back to life from the previous owners BHG.

Every night I would dream about driving her.

Now that she's running, I have nightmares of her getting wreaked, stolen or blowing up....

Fortunatly I wake up, look out the window and realize she's safe and runs great.

It's a sickness I tell ya. LOL

Well said. The previous owner of my car put 20K into it and it looks like I may put up another 20 by the time I'm done with it. Scary!

i was gona ask if any one had night mares about their sup,

i had one the other night after i cought some kids (cough russians cough) looking through my windows from a distence, i beeped off my alarm and they bounced, wich lead me to chasing them out of my neibor hood,

but i had a dream that a group of guys where tring to jack my car while i left it running to take a leak on a mountain pass.. needless to say, im not going to the mountians in the sup forawhile! lol


there is nothing liekt he feeling of having a bpu car that cost less then 6.5k to build, and is a blast to drive, for the money i have into my car, you couldn't even pick up a mid 13 second nicer/ newer car..
