We need more information.
- Stock turbo?
-Stock injectors?
-What Reg do you have? What psi do you currently use on it?
- Type of wide band do you have?
- How many volts run to it?

- - - - - - - - -

Those will help us all help you a lot more if we know what your car has on it.

:hs:

ya sorry i thought i had it in my signature but then i looked and i dont know what happened to it. it has an upgraded ct26, not sure what trim the guy was unsure which one it was since i bought it used, but if it helps his was dynod at 301 at the wheels with 11psi and the rest of his car was bone stock with the exception of exhaust. i also have a 3in turbo back exhaust,550cc rc injectors, lexus afm,aem uego wideband, walbro fp, what ever stock fuel pressure is and whatever volts run to it.and the turbo is set for about 14 psi

wow.... try using punctuation if you want some better help. i must be getting old.

i would get an aftermarket afpr to control how much fuel pressure your rail is seeing. the stock fpr is old and has been known to be unreliable with aftermarket fuel pumps with a higher flowrate.

ive seen walbros randomly go bad for no reason and with no warning.

if you want an intank pump then the denso twin turbo pump is the only way to go.

when i put a knock off up next to a real one, the REAL one was VERY shiny and "nice" looking... where as the china one was kinda dull... not something most would catch, but both worked fine...

Most real Walbro's sell at a price around $100. If you paid quite a bit less than that, chances are you have a Chinese fake.

Here's a link from this thread about the Chinese knockoffs.

<-- waiting for when the Chinese start to knock off Weldon fuel pumps! Not that I want to buy those, hell no. But want to see how much they sell them for :)

Boostadict

you saif the wideband reads lean. How lean (AFR # please).

The walbro is running of the stock wiring? You will NEED to upgrade that wiring as the Walbro pulls more current than the OEM MKIII Fuel pump.

Figgie, do you know how much current the walbro pulls? (for fuse purposes)

race engineerings chart is pretty accurate.

You would want around a 20 amp fuse. Reason is that you need to account for about three times the running current (7.5 amps) when the fuel pump is completly stopped.
