Please wait for Thursday for pics of current condition and how he "enjoyed it" ;) I've also found two other people who lost their cars at the same shop for more then a year, so they will join me on Thursday...
I still cant believe how that bastard can still be alive?!
I just hope not to have BHG when I'll receive it, but either way I will make him pay me double then that I've paid him :D

Juri, you know my situation, I was planing to start on those bearings on November, but my car is still "away" :D

Sorry, I was speaking in lithuanian, but if u want translation, I'll write a full summary tomorrow, today I'm too drunk to write something with sense. That piece of shit totaled my car, my precious, and now what? I'm left with piece of junk, with no good parts in it...

Thanks guys ;)

Juri: Yes, it should be enough to cover expenses for painting (est. is around 2500euuros for that), the rest will go for engine rebuild. This time I'll go full forged internals, new oem head, and also put additionaly some 3k euros for that matter. But once again, car will probably be sitting at dealership or my garage till the next year :(
I just hope that fuel prices wont hit 2e per litter till next year :)

Over the pond
And how about transmission and differential rebuild (you said taht those were shot too...).
If it just sits in your garage, then you could roll it through bushing-makers place for a little while too :D hehe

I'm thinking now about rebuilding the engine, so a few Q have popped up :)

Right now I have Wiseco 0.20over pistons laying in my garage, but my engine has a total of 259 000km (161 000miles) mileage would these pistons be enough, or should i get 0.40over pistons?
I know that this is very general question, because it depends on a lot of things, but wait time for the new pistons is around a month and I dont want to leave my engine to my mechanic for that long (he will curse for storing it that long :D).
So, any advice on this matter?

Nice looking stuff. I want some new ss hoses like that for mine!

About the pistons, I may be wrong but I dont think it will matter if you use the .20 pistons over .40? Need some experts in here to comment but whats the difference besides the compression? A rebuild should be a good thing even with those pistons. I think you have to have the block and stuff prepped.

Wow, what a story... I hope that douchebag that stole your car got what he deserved.

I'm glad your car is back and ontrack, I look forward to seeing the progress!
