Very low ideal

Coolant was very cold, changed the thermostat and seal, now run up to temp but when it warms up ideals around 400rpms or so than like skips. What could it be?:aigo:

Make sure you have burped (removed air) from the cooling system. The TRSM lays out the process in the coolant system chapter. This is where I would start, based on the information that you have provided...

burped it last night. still ran weird :/ this morning i changed the plugs, they looked good but the gap was very small. so i put new ones in with the right gap and tested to plug wires and the coils, they were good.. ran it for about 5-10 mins still a funny but not as bad. going to do a vacuum test after i install my piping system. thanks for the feed back
