Got an IPT myself...barks the tires shifting 1st to 2nd. Kinda pricey, but so far it's held up extremely well.

UPDATE: wasnt paying real attention when i read this, and was lookin on the drivers side kick panel for like 10 minutes, but then i found it on the passenger side no problem(gutted interior) and pulled it. drove it around and did my manual shifting thing, man im not used to that, it did work but it still seemed kind of slow, is that because the work that i have dont on the trans is electronic and without that computer the "shift kit" i have doesnt function properly or what? so now i just have to determine if its the computer or solenoid.

oh and can i get a direct link to the A340E parts page on IPT?

i actually kind of like driving around manually shifting, is this a no no for a couple months while i save for a 5spd swap? i do have a big tranny cooler already hooked up to.

Start with easy stuff, make sure all your connectors on the drivers side engine harness to trans are plugged in, not damaged. Check solenoids, check continuity in wiring from ect ecu to solenoids.
