Think of it as having control over if your silencer is in your muffler or not, but at the push of a button.
Cutouts have their issues as well...
Yeah, after running an open downpipe just for a few minutes going up and down the block I don't think I'd like a cutout. Even with a full exhaust my shifter area gets uncomfortably hot =\ But I'm missing the rubber boots around the trans tunnel opening.
