The seals arnt too hard to do. You just need to disassemble your head to get to them. Ive used pliers to pull them off and the new ones just pop back on.

Comp Cams p/n 975-12 (for 12 per box).

You will need 2 boxes to do both intake & exhaust.
If your not running big cams, no need to do the exhaust.
(boost pressure will not help hold them open like it will the intake)
If your not running high boost, no need to do any of it.

If your plan on cams or higher boost at a later date, then you should think about a metal head gasket, and a fresh valve grind job anyway.

Along with the springs, be prepared to fight with the spring seats/retainers. If I remember correctly, it's the bottom that doesn't like to fit in nicely. The machine shop opted for just machining the bottoms rather than fighting with each one. If you are doing it on your own though, be aware that it might turn in to a struggle that may or may not involve those small keepers flying across the room/garage ;)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not forget to compress the cylinder and drop the stem into the cylinder like I did. My car is still out of commission from 2 months ago because I did this. My head has to come off, basically its a BHG job.
