Some friends and I are building a Ford Festiva (not a typo:evil2:) for the Grassroots Motorsports $2008 challenge and are going to use my stock MKIII IC/piping/BOV and fuel pump. Since we didn't actually buy the parts we have to take them at market value and have proof that the value is accurate.

Just wanted to get some input on the value of the parts and will use this thread in our build book as proof. Thanks!!

Info on the car for those interested:
-1.8L BP swap from an Escort GT (bought the car with the swap done except for hacked wiring for $525)
-Megasquirt
-Turbo setup TBD, have a DSM T25 we picked up for $40 w/manifold (hoping to sell that off to make the turbo free :)) thinking about making an adapter for the stock manifold
-Ford Aspire suspension/brakes w/ebay coilovers from a 2000 Civic
-13" slicks/wheels (still looking for wheels/tires if anyone has a hookup)
-Mercury Capri turbo trans/axles, stock PP w/clutchnet solid hub 4-puck
-Stripped w/racing seats ($20, d/s has a support that needs to be welded), hoping to get the weight down to ~1600lbs :naughty:

NO more than 50 dollars for all of it. How many people are interested in 15+ year old worn car parts that have been used in most cases for 100,000+ miles?
