My vacuum lines had been mutilated by the previous owner and I'm just trying to figure out what goes where. In the first pic, where does this end up? Is it the bottom of the accordian tube?

In the second pic, the one circled in red, Where does this end up(the other end)? Also in pink there is a nipple on the bottom of the throttlebody, What line goes into there? Appreciate the help. I've been pulling my hair out searching and trying to figure out where they go. Thanks

That's the power steering idle up vacuum system. Yes, it connects to the barb on the bottom of the accordion hose.

Those are coolant lines on both the ISC and throttle body you're identifying.

Do they connect to each other?? Could the previous owner just left them off? I cant find a line to connect them to.

The previous owner possibly performed the ISC and TB coolant bypass mod', but if this is the case then it isn't sensible to route the hose to the ISC. So, you'll need to inspect what's going on with those hoses:
(Hose 22210C on the ISC and 22210D on the TB)
http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/library/EPC/MKIII_NATO/291410/2211_2.html
(Hose 16267 to the Water Pipe)
http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/library/EPC/MKIII_NATO/291410/1603_2.html
The bypass mod' entails routing a hose from the cyl head directly to the water pipe, thus bypassing the ISC and TB.

The PS Idle Up vac. hose can be disconnected, but this could contribute to poor idle and possible stalling during very low speeds or when the vehicle is stopped. Just simply reconnect it.

Thanks, thats exactly whats going on. Plus, the second part about the ps up vac, he also disconnected that because theres nothing on the other side hooked up and plugged the bottom of the accordian pipe. Cant thank you enough, josh
