Could a pre turbo exhaust leak be a culprit?

Of a vacuum leak? Wrong manifold.

The KV meter can not account for humidity like a hot wire mass airflow sensor can. Just so you know.

My Tps is also throwing all kinds of F up'ed Voltage according to my AVC-R but no engine codes it likes to read 36% throttle when i'm not touching the gas.

On a side note, you don't have wires twisted together and taped to cover do you?

Not exactly they were installed with quick splice clamps. (Which might not be much better but i didn't want to hack into my new harness to solder them.) Other then the TPS voltage being off sometimes everything works great.

Also when the TPS voltage reading is off I can blip the gas a couple times and it will return to normal.

Thank you for the info Nick.
