Well, it IS called a "piezoelectric device" in the literature. Essentially a tiny generator that creates electricity from vibrations.

so in this link of how to calibrate the TPS, down a few steps it says to turn the tps until it reads 1 (infinate resistance) then slowly turn it back till it "deflects". What does that mean?
And there is supposed to be 0.2 - 1.2 ohms resistance between VTA and E2. Mine read about 40!! it was high for all the other terminals to.
Could that be just really out of adjustment or do you think i need a new one? im gunna try to recalibrate it anyways, but just want some input.
I also need to make sure i recalibrate it right, so anyone whos done it please explain the thing i wrote above this.

so i got it now. It idles at 650 ish and i can rev past 4 k now. Adjusted the TPS...
