i was looking for one similar as well. but for the pcv system. i have an NA/T I'm trying to make sure my pcv system is done correctly and i cant seem to get a detailed diagram showing if my setup is going into the correct ports and such.

The PVC system is pretty much straight forward, two tubes from the valve covers to the TB and a larger hose from the crankcase to the valve cover.
