Vaccum line....please identify!

Can anyone tell me where this black screw-in connector on the upper intake manifold should be hooked up to? See photo. Thanks.

it goes to a T in the cruise control actuator line

Ideal is correct. Also, Im pretty sure the harness just doesn't sit on that hot egr pipe like that.... it'll melt.

Thanks, I'll make sure the harness is repositioned when I put the motor back in. The wiring harness is supposed to run inside the intake manifold and under the throttle body, right?

I'm almost ready to install the motor after a rebuild. MDC...do you know how much knock sensors go for (replacement)? Both of mine cracked and the plug/wire just dangles from the hex/metal part that screws into the block.

Knock sensors from toyota are $100+ new.

Contact Jay Marks toyota (I think they are in texas) for a savings, or ask around on the for sale/wanted boards for a pair of good used ones.
