USPS/CANADA POST TROUBLES. PLZ try and help?

OK So I sent 400$ to Kyle wald, to get my Cooleeze i/c piping, i sent him 400 on the first of this month. its been in Mississauga Ontario since the 4th of this month, about 40 min away from him, for TEN days. I'v Called about 16 people and they dont know where my m.o. is i'v even called Mississauga and they practically tell me im SOL, EVERYONES told me im SOL, i did one of those Claims to find it, and they havent found shit yet, I shipped it Express 3-5 days which cost me 16.25 and it weights 1.6oz and like 600 miles away, from me, they havent helped, and Im Frustrated because its a decent amount of change they have lost, and no one is taking responcibility for it. so What can i do guys? i'v no joke called about 16 people, 6 JUST today

Already told him to, I'v Called down there Personally, they say theyre some small company, so they dont know where the fuck it is either and im getting mad.

OR-

Just go cancel the MO and re-send it canada standard UPS.

Same exact thing happenned to me. i sent out a money order to Seth on the 2nd of June and it still hasn't arrived. Canada post lost my money order, I had to mail in some sort of money order duplicate request to get them to copy it and mail it back to me. Since it was mailed to USA I have to wait 90 days for this, fucking postal system. I hope it arrives mid-september now.

Canada post did a similar thing to me although this was an actual product. Those guys are theives and careless in our mail system. I will never ship usps again because Canada Post sucks so bad. They wrecked an intercooler that was sent to me and blamed it on border services. Border services blamed it on them. USPS wouldn't do insurance because they didn't cause the damage. I got no where
