Been waiting for this for 3 weeks now. Figures my car was totalled in the process. Came back looking good minus UPS handling/care. See below. Also, the compressor wheel is slightly marked up somehow:aigo:, can't get a good enough picture of that though.

I always try and bombproof anything I ship and eat the added shipping charge due to any added weight, these guys view "fragile" as a challenge.

lol..that is a USPS box..not UPS .. lol. I think its on the shipper to pack it better. that packaging is not designed for heavy turbos with studs sticking out..

Otherwise..that is some serious bling on that housing . Looking good.

Driftmotion sent it out. I assume the box i sent was destroyed as well even though i asked UPS guys to reinforce it big time with tape and such.

How was it packed? I think it was just packed wrong. But yea, prackages aren't carefully taken care of, so pack for it.

Kinda of like my 125lb 6spd diff that came recently.. the bottom of the box almost ripped apart when I picked it up.. poor packing

All of my DM purchases have been pretty well packed. As someone that does shipping for a living, I am amazed at how many people doing shipping have no idea what they are doing.

Parts look very nice though. Have you decided yet what you are going to do about you car situation?

Fuck, I wish i could take a pic of my ct driftmotion, exact same dent in the WG Actuator. also had a hole in my box too, it was first sent usps per my request and ended up in SPAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!then sent back to Aaron and UPS to me. :: rant3 ::

I'm looking at a car right now, its in Canada however and i'm not sure exactly how to get it past customs and all that legal mumbo-jumbo.

in the mean time i have my other car back and running, just looking for a nice body in the mean time though.

my ct26 57 trim from DM has almost the exact same dent in the WG as well...its a conspiracy i say!!!

If your not comfortable dropping the package from waist or shoulder height onto concrete, its not packed well enough.
