Ok guys, well the control arms are stock. I removed them off of my car that had 60,000 miles on them. The first step is removing the old bushings. I used a cheep propane touch, heating up the dowel pin on the inside of the bushing (You got to make sure you don't heat the eyelet of the control arm). Once the pin is hot enough it will slid out on its own. I then used a hammer and a punch to smash in the old inner metal casing. After I got the casing smashed to a point were I could grab it with some pliers it will pull right out with the old rubber bushing. This also makes a huge mess. I then took and carefully taped up the ball joint and boot with special tape. I used a glass bead blaster to clean up the control arms and remove any rubber that was left in the eye. After removing the tape I replaced the old dust boots with brand new ones from Toyota ($13.99 each). Be very careful not to get glass beads in the ball joint.
The next was installing the bushings. First cover the inside of the eyelet and the outer part of the bushing with the special grease that is included. I did all of this on my kitchen table with no press. Install the bushing so that the larger lip is on the outer part of the arm. When pushing the small lip through use a flat edge object that is not sharp to help work the lip in. Once the lip is in, you can push it through with no problem. Grease up the inside of the bushing and the out side of the pin and just push it through. That's it, just repeat for the other three. It took me about an hour to install them.
The bushing are Super Pro Bushings. I ordered mine through Rick at:

The bushing cost me about $83.00 shipped. He also has the lower control ones as well.
