I found a black plug that was disconnected at the intake manifold, right where the accordion hose plugs into the manifold. I connected it back to its appropriate plug, I just wanted to know what it's for...Ill get some pictures up later.

p.s. I accidentally posted in the wrong sect. earlier.

The collant is getting blown out of the overflow tank because: a) it was simply too full b) your radiator cap is venting at too low of a pressure and need to be replaced c) you've got extra pressure getting into the coolant system (exhaust gas or oil)

The plug is the cold start injector.

if the over flow tank bubbles (kinda sounds like boiling water) after you turn off the engine from a long drive or after running the car hard its most likely a BHG, my old motor did the same thing after i would run, the cause was exhaust gases leaking into the coolant gallies and causing more pressure...if your coolant smells like old fuel or just plain exhaust change the head gasket

UPDATES:::::

I found out why the stupid car wouldnt downshift, the TPS was unlugged. And the coolant still foams out of the overflow tank...so i figured that i have to get a rad cap that holds more the 13lbs of pressure...any suggestions?

Nope, if the caps is holding 13lbs, then leave it alone and find the real source of the problem. Is the car over heating at all? It's time to pressure test the system. If the system holds pressure fine then try flushing the cooling system and replacing the coolant. It's possible you're looking at the symptoms of contamination.

If it's milky then you have problems like oil in it. Coolant should be translucent with colour. your problem is as stated before; bhg pushing exhaust gases into your coolant, causing it to push out of your overflow tank. I hope you get it fixed well and don't have to deal with it afterwards as it's a real pain in the ass trust me ;)
