I need to change the 3rd valve cover on my supra (7m), and today I was just fooling around with the engine and noticed a hole in a screw.

Its the screw that are in between the 2 valve covers. The 4 that are with the sparkplugs that you can see. Anyways the screw thats closest to the firewall has a hole in the center of it. Ive never noticed it until today. Is it something I should fix or is it natural for the car??:1zhelp:

Kinda blurry but if you look closely at the screw you can see the hole Im talking about. Im talking about the 14mm allen key screw btw.
