It's going to be the same.. You'll have to take the bottom panel off to get better access to the pedal height adjustment. Although you need to just measure it first. Pedal height is supposed to be measured from the asphalt mat so you'd have to pull the carpet up. Freeplay adjustment can be done without removing the panel or pulling carpet up..

Sounds like you have a slave or master cylinder going out if your pedal just all of a sudden got soft.

ok today i took the car to the mechanic and in a couple mins he had me driving the car back with no problems, he said that something was broken and that he fixed it so it will prob hold for a bit, but im going to need a new clutch in a few months. Only problem left to be resolved is the clanking from either the drive shaft or differential. would having a video of the noise help? or is there any way i can check it?

you can jack up the rear (make sure you secure the front tires first), and turn her on, put it in gear and run it while someone else checks, or the other way around...

^this is a good way but just dont go to fast on the speed.

if you jack it up check for play on the drive shaft carrier bearings and the u joints.
