The comp and boss turbo have so many option plus there are water and oil cooled to me its best bang for the buck. There is also JT turbos that are pretty good from what I understand, but at that power you might want to consider a manifold and an external wastegate over the stock manifold and internal wastegate ....... Thats my penny with a whole in it.

Ok what the car has from when I bought it. 60-1 trim ct26, hks front mount, greddy boost controller, walbro, 550's, lexus afm, Hks twin power igniter, Fcd, Aluminum radiator. What I have gathered all arp hardware, Wiseco's 9-1, Eagle rods, Aem Ems, Fidanza Flywheel, fidanza cam gears, Hks stopper 2mm head gasket, port and polished head, 1mm oversized ferrera valves, ferrera valve springs and retainers. What I will buy in near future, Maybe crower cams, Areomotive afpr, oil catch can, Hks ssqv. Thats it if I missed anything to hit 500 please feel free to let me know.

Going to need a bigger fuel pump and some bigger injectors for your HP goal also.

The walbro 255lph wont do it for 500hp? So what about 680cc's for injectors. I dont want to go to big. I thought 550's would be enough.

The walbro and the 550's MAY do 500 HP, but you would have them maxed out. You should not be so close to your max fuel. I would use 680 or 720cc injectors with a good external fuel pump like a small Weldon, Aeromotive pro series, or a Fuel Lab 41401.

How much do those EXTERNAL pumps cost, and how difficult to "plumb" to a MKIII?

(Since I'm looking to buy a Walbro... if I'm "going to need" an external for MY 500 goal down the road, maybe I should consider it NOW.);)
