Turns over but won't start - electrical problems.

alright guys i need your expertise as soon as fuckin possible. My supra is DEAD. I cant get it to start at all. It turns over just fine, but just cranks and cranks. It was running perfect before and now it wont start. the only work i did between then and now is - installed new tranny, installed nitrous system. Now, I did notice, BEFORE i even messed with anything, my SAFC II was not powering up anymore. I checked all the wiring and its good, gettin power all the way to the box. Do they just die? Is this why my car wont start? Also, noticed that all the lights on the dash AND my brake lights are on, WITHOUT the keys being in the ignition. So whats wrong with the car?? I need some help ASAP, we are supposed to leave for TX2K9 tonight.

if the ecu isnt getting power, neither will the safc.

If all your lights are on, you may well have a short. A short could possibly be cutting power to the ecu, which would result in a no start condition.

Rarely. Sounds like your ECU isn't getting power - are you 100% sure that it is?

Severe wiring problem. Sounds like a very bad short circuit.

I suspect you're running power to the ground.

UPDATE TIME

Car is on the trailor and we are leaving in the morning. Shes up and running, though not like I wanted.

The problem ended up being a ground I had switched up.

I still cant get the nitrous to work though, doesnt seem to be gettin power to the noids. I dont know why though, the arming switch, indicator light and window switch all have power and are all running on the same relays. Kinda sux.

I'll still run in class 2 like I said, its cool if I get whooped.

frontierguy25, sorry I never called you man, Ive been at the shop everyday this week until midnight working on these damn cars. One problem after another. But we definately need to meet this weekend.
