Turn signals and hazards dont go on, at all. Please Help!

I have looked through the threads and have found some that say theirs dont work properly, but mine dont work at ALL. Not even the arrows on the dash. I cant find anything that pin points my problem. I've checked all the fuses and none of them are blown. I also replaced the flasher relay and nothing. I did notice, though, if I wiggle the old flasher, it would make a clicking sound? Any ideas?
My horn still works by the way. I read the hazards and the horn are connected.

Did you make sure the hazard switch was connected? It wont allow any blinkers to work or obviously the hazards to work if it isnt coneected.

Yes. I even tried a different one and nothing still.

I have. I bought a replacement from Kragen, tried it, got the same results.
Can anybody list all the possible troubleshooting tips for this problem?

Well, then start tracing the circuit. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TEWD/MK3/manual.aspx?S=Main&P=070 I'd inspect the wiring to the flasher relay.

Have you worked on anything prior to this happening?

BTW, the only thing the horn and hazards share is their power source; Same fuse.

Nope bought it off the punk like that. As I drove it away thats when I realized the arrows in the dash weren't working. I called him back and he said the rear turn signals work but the front ones don't. I get home only to find out that none of them work :3d_frown:.
Im a little confused reading the cygnus tsrm diagram. How would I go about "inspecting" it?
