turbo running hot and a few other things

my turbo seems like its running way to hot , any suggestion on what to check? also sometimes when i get on it a little the turbo spools up but my car doesnt want to take off, anything?

i know it gets really hot, but when its only about 75 degrees out it sends off some major heat, oil low maybe?

just intake and bov, yea this is my first turbo car so maybe i just dont know how hot there suppose to be, i just wasnt sure if it was getting too hot or not
