so i just went single and got my set up running but the oil feed flange had a tinny little hole for the oil, guessing to build up oil pressure...

Well my turbo was starving and i drilled it out a bit then that helped with the dry howl noise. Then i went to tighten it the damn thing snapped off the flange!

So i then ran my feed line directly into the turbo feed hole, sounds great, but now it smoking like crazy!!!

Is the turbo flooding with oil now???
I also checked the IC pipes and they are crispy clean!

that would be a restrictor fitting which is needed. you can buy different sized ones, maybe you had one that was too small.. did you pre-oil the turbo really good when you put it on there? I hope so.
that explains the smoke, there is too much oil going to your turbo so it has to go somewhere.

Perfect world: Find the spec sheet, or contact the manufacturer of the turbo

What I did: use the one that comes in the kit from drift motion

Ps. do you have the drain setup correctly for the turbo?

Yes, make sure you have a large enough drain line that will give the oil a free flowing gravity fed path back to the block.

The oil drain should be at least double the diameter of the feed line. Typically -8AN or larger. -10AN is very common.

As others said, its a gravity fed drain. The drain off the turbo needs to be pointing straight down with a nice path to the block. My turbo actually specified less than 20 degrees from vertical. Use a huge line as pbasil1 mentioned, and make sure that line won't hurt your flow in any way.

My return line is huge and drops straight down, the thing looks like a garden hose...
Thats not the problem, i just need a oil feed flange or a solution to how big this hole should be...
