Damn- I hope this isn't true, cause I'm about to install a AL driveshaft.
I guess it means that my CT will spool like a T4/1.15 AR.

This is just not true. It's impossible that a few pounds lighter driveshaft make your turbo start to spool 1krpm higher.

I think I might convert my drive shaft to a 4 piece, I would probably be boosting around 1500 rpms then right?

Anybody have a few extra carrier bearings laying around?

I'm not even going to get into the technicalities of turbo spool (which is directly based on velocity of exhaust flow) vs engine load.
