if you knew you had a good exhaust housing you could do it this way...
remove the v-band /couple around the chra and the exhuast housing, it's the round clamp with two 12mm nuts on it, remove nuts and rotate ring enough to pull off one side of the collar then twist around till it comes all the way off,
remove the oil lines from the bottom of the turbo, best way is to remove the charge pipe from the turbo to intercooler, this gives you access to the but on the inner side.
about a 3-4inch extension helps here i belive it's a 12mm aswell.
then remove the water lines,
now use a propane torche to heat the area' where you removed the clamp, minum of 5 minutes, but 10 is safe, what you want to do is heat the whole area that way it exspands and will come part,
use a hammer and a aluminum pipe and hit the compressor housing "cold side' of the turbo in the 9, 12, 6, and 3 o'clock posisitions repetting as needed.
you should see the gap widden..
to install, head the exhaust housing alone, and insert new turbo/chra into housing, and lightly tap with rubber mallute on intake side.
once it's all the way in, assmble clamp, and re-install every thing!
