A supercharger runs off a belt. It requires energy from the engine to make boost via its pulley. A turbo charger also requires energy from the engine, but it harnesses the exhaust gas. Energy that is already there one way or the other. I know where my moneys at. Besides taking off from the line like a bat out of hell is fun, but i would much rather prolong that feeling in the top end of every gear. Well maybe not so much 1st or 2nd but the remaning 3 = awesome. Everyone I take for a ride in my car cant believe how hard it pulls in boost, and that feeling just lasts and lasts.

i believe the guy with the supra truck floating around here is doing a twin charged set up.... iirc...
