So to answer your question, no. You can't adjust the decel map with the NEO...but I honestly don't even think there is a decel map...I don't the think injectors fire with zero throttle...for emissions reasons.
You won't notice to much stalling with the bov vented...just blip the throttle during roll back and it won't stall

I backed mine out 7 turns from full in, and only hit 11psi when getting tuned...about 80F ambient... I was hoping for closer to 15, but adjusting the screw was not part of the tune...
