Long story short: Read the TSRM it really will answer most of your questions. And thanks to everyone who reminds us SupraNOOBS that its there.

So I was trying to figure out my high idle. I got the car for free a year ago, I finally got around to fixing the BHG a month ago. Everything seemed fine except a 1200-1400 rpm idle. I had a TPS code so I repaced the TPS after testing it. I benchtested my ISC valve and replaced that. Timing was ok considering I couldnt get it to idle normal.
So I had been reading through the online TSRM and the Haynes manual and couldnt figure out what else could be the problem. Then it hit me, there must be a reason the TPS has room for adjustment, but I couldnt figure out how to set it. So I posted here and immediatly got slammed with a "look at the TSRM." And, go figure, I actually read all three pages and there we go, how to adjust the TPS!
I guess Im trying to tell everyone: Always read thru the TSRM before you post. And dont feel like youre being slammed if someone just posts a link to the TSRM (it actually does work and will answer most of your questions).
Thanks to everyone that do post links and to whoever scanned and hosts the TSRM online.
