$700 for the set you see pictured on the 3rd post. Of course they are TRD, I wonder what the stock Toyota set sells for and how they compare (just regular old rubber I guess, but they're quiet).

I would like to know how much the Toyota set gose for I bet it's still a good buck but on a 19 year old car even if it's not poly bushings I bet it will make a hell of a diffence

Toyota set is actually pretty cheap. You can't get the front lower control arm bushings separate though... (i've got an entire set of new toyotas on my car, including new front control arms - i think it came to about $550)

how much better did the car ride.damn 550$ is a lot if you think about if because for $100-$200 more you could have poly and since it is kind of a hard job that your only going to do onces I feel that it's worth the money

in hardness: rubber < poly < 6/6 nylon (the Mohler set listed as being TRD) < aluminium

exactly.

as already sort of stated, no, those are NOT TRD bushings. those are the unobtanium motorsports 6/6 nylon bushings from the group buy that geoff mohler did years ago. AFAIK champion toyota bought the extras and they have run out.

of note, when installing you MUST drill/tap a hole for zerk fittings so you can regrease as necessary.

Polyurethane can be anywhere from white bread soft to bowling ball hard. You can't generalize like that. Rubber also comes in different hardnesses.

In my considered opinion, neither nylon nor Delrin (polyacetal) have any place in suspension bearings.

technically you are right. However, from any of the regularly available poly bushing makers for road going cars, my list stands...

Pretty sure SupraSport has been selling either those exact ones, or very similar red ones for years now. Cheaper too if I recall.
