I can have the car Parked, push the clutch in, turn it on, and then put it into reverse and KKKKKKKKKK... POP it grinds horribly! The trans shifts PERFECTLY! (clutch starts to grab about 1/3 from the top when releasing the petal)

R154 is ftw. If you're being aggressive on reverse it can grind on you.

Citing a thread for tricks getting into reverse: Here.

Having some good lubrication in the tranny makes a world of a difference, and here's a quote from the TSRM pulled from the above thread: "If it is difficult to shift into reverse, put the transmission in neutral, release the clutch pedal momentarily, and then try again."

I know reverse has no syncro.

I was thinking the center baring? But i really don't think so.

Also this is in order "I can have the car Parked, push the clutch in, turn it on, and then put it into reverse and KKKKKKKKKK... POP"

You must wait after pushing the clutch in for the gearset to stop spinning. Takes about 2 seconds. Read the thread super secret club posted, it's like 2 threads above this one

As i said, I know reverse has no syncro.

I can Put the clutch in... and leave it in, then turn on the car with the clutch in... then with the clutch still in never having any reason to have anything in motion it would grind. THEN i could take it out and try to put it back in and grind... and i still haven't let go of the clutch. But i get no movement and the clutch grabs 1/3 to the top.

I have had my car for more then a year and have owned two before.

Thanks! I'm going to check my levels today! but it still makes no sense to me at all as to why it would grind?

are you releasing the clutch between each one?

push the clutch in, wait a few seconds, then try. Once it's in, pull it out and put it back in with the clutch still pressed down.

It sounds like the clutch isn't fully releasing to me...

You're still not waiting. Wait about 2 seconds after pressing the clutch pedal. THEN put it in Reverse. As long as your fluid is full and your transmission is in good working order it should not grind!

It only does it some times. Some times really bad and most of the time it like it never had the problem. But if the clutch is not releasing all the way, then why if i have it in first and i let out the clutch out it starts to grab 1/3 from the top?

I never have to push in the clutch more then 2/3 of the way to shift. And i really can't remember grinding wile driving forward ;)

Do you have any freeplay in your clutch pedal? It sounds like it needs to be adjusted if it starts to grab 1/3 of the way from the top and you don't even press it all the way down to change gears. Last time my clutch pedal was adjusted that high I ended up burning through the clutch pretty quickly.

Have you checked your fluid yet?
