Transmission swap

:1zhelp:I bought a 89' parts car where a guy tried to do a full na to turbo swap but couldn't finish it out. In pulling the motor and transmission i found a 5 speed turbo transmission. I myself have already done the na/t swap but i have an na transmission my question is will this transmission bolt right in with no problem with my clucth lines and drive shaft?:

no i bought the car off of cragilist last week stripped it down and took it too the junkyard now i'm kicking myself because i threw the darn driveshaft back inside the car stupid:3d_frown:
