Transmission Swap....auto to 5spd

i am planning on getting a mk3, but the one i am looking at that is in my price range is an auto and i prefer 5spd.

How hard would it be to swap transmissions??

Not hard at all, but if you're on a budget.... might be pricey!

Yeah, not too bad, especially if you have the engine out of the car to do it...
but yeah, the price can be a bummer on a budget.
<thankfully my power goals are modest enough that Im fine with the NA 5 speed that I have in now.>
