heres the prob. works ok sumtimes but like when i take off and quickshift into 2nd theres a slight grind then goes in. also when i roll to a stop i have to be puttign it in 1st when im rolling(sometimes) or it wont go in very easy.also alot of times if i wanna put it in Rev. it grinds so i have to turn the car off then put it in Rev. but sometimes my trans owrks like a champ other days it blows...i swear im driving the "Christine" of the 21 century. any ideas?

i wouldn't jump to that right away...though its likely....check your gear oil though. that stuff can help get some grinds out
i would suggest a shifter bushing.
once they are worn it can be difficult to get into gear.
plus they like 5 bucks so if its not the problem, you didn't waste that much money
