The 1JZ flywheel is for an R154 trans, which uses a pull type clutch. The W58 uses a push style clutch. They aren't interchangeable at all.

You need a flywheel ($300), bellhousing ($300), clutch fork ($60), slave cylinder ($30), and performance clutch kit ($450+) for a 93+ Supra non-turbo. Then your W58 will work.

It's cheaper to buy a 1JZ with an R154 already attached for ~$2400 than to buy a 1JZ without it for ~$1400 and buy all that stuff only to be left with a weaker W58. The only reason to do it is to save the 45 pounds of weight, as the W58 is that much lighter than the R154. I'm using a W58 in my car for that reason, but I will swap it out for an R154 if I ever find one for a decent price not attached to an engine.
