I'd like to see pics and video of said mount.

I have another one coming from a friend tonight and when it's out I'll take some pics for you. I'm not saying that this is the problem, it's just something that I noticed when I was under the car. I would think if my syncro's were bad the car wouldn't shift very well. The car shifts great, it's only when I'm at a stop that I have this problem. Everything else checks out so I have no clue.

It may be something in the tranny, it just shifts fine!

But just for you and only you I'll post some pics!!!

Is there anyone else with any other ideas? It maybe like a shift fork or something?

If the shift fork was fubar then it would effect more than just what you are saying I believe...I could be wrong but you mentioned your shifter is a liitle loose well maybe the bushings in the trans are shot which would make finding gears very hard in a stoped car...as we all know, while moveing the trans tends to find it's proper gears and damn near engages themselves.

Who knows...

I bled it today, will do again. I do have the green truck shifter bushing from toyota though. Very hard compared to the supra one. the old SOGI mod. I'll look into the MC ones and bleed the slave again.

BTW I'll be taking over your spot on the 1/4 mile list next weekend if I can fix this! The only time it does it, is when the car is sitting still weird!

Whatever you say!

I advise you check again...every supra trans can move up and down about an inch...you gotta push pretty hard but it will move....unless you have solid motor mounts then it will not move much.

Ps...the motor and trans are mounted on rubber...how would it not move...and before you argue go out and push up on your tail housing and look at the octagon nut looking thing in the trans mount...it moves

bingo!

Cummin for the Title . I Can Play in NYC . Well Wishes with Your Car.

PS: Did You Break the Clutch in Before You Raced the Car, A Few Hundred Miles at least ? I get alot of Stop and Go Driving in N.Y. Back n Forth to Work. When I get to the Track My 26 is all ready to Blow HEAT. Imagine After Cruise Control for 25 plus Hwy Hrs. (....... ... .. . ) 1234 $

Are you driving your car or trailoring it?

I put over 1000 miles on it before getting on it, and over 5000 miles before taking it to the track. I live in DFW and get a lot of stop and go traffic, I no longer have cruise though, wish I did! I think that I might try and reinstall it to go down to Houston and back. What day are you coming down? We are leaving here on Friday morning and heading down from Dallas.

What is your name on SF and have you seen the thread?

Ok, didn't get a chance to change the tranny mount, but When I unbolted the pressure plate it was hard to move the disc back on the shaft. I'm going to unbolt the clutch again and try and lube it up a little and see if that helps?
Any Ideas on if this could be causing my problem?

Actualy,NYC is a long Drive. Im still concerned about Driving . That was my intension. Honestly Im still undecided... I may just fly down like last year. Hated having no Car watching all those MK3s . A Chick that lives there loves when i visit,I dont need any Hotel... I will know better the first week of March. Job,Family,Car,Ect...Time. I may just team up with the FL. Guys From F+H out of Tampa. They are Running in 3 mk3 classes. Cheerleading Sucks. They were My NYC Crew before moving to FL. But If my Car makes it everyone is Fair Game in a RACE.
:biglaugh:

You won't believe the shit that comes off of it. Also, check to make sure the bracket that the clutch fork clips into isn't loose (had it happen to me)
