Well a while ago when my friend owned my 89 non turbo supra he was changing out the spark plugs and the tps took a dump after he disconnected it. After purchusing it from him i put a new tps as well as a plug and it worked fine. I ended up changing out the spark plugs once again and the tps doesnt work again everything is plugged in and i have no clue what happend. By the way it will go up to about 3000 rpms then it just cuts out to idle. The car will go all the way through the rpms if i do not plug the tps in but it has very little torque. Has this happend to anyone? or how do you fix it? Thank you

did you set the TPS using a Multi-meter?
also, you might want to take the meter and check for cont. between the ECU side to the TPS plug
