TPS need adjusting but....?

Hi guys,

im getting code 51 and know I need to adjust the tps setting.....
But what does the TPS do?

I heard something about fuel enrichment but is the all???

it tells the ecu how far open the throttle is, and weather or not it's closed.

Fix the damn TPS...it's just not that hard to adjust.
