My wife and I recently bought a 1992 Toyota 4Runner. We got it for $2800 but it needs some engine work (no big deal) but it has no owners manual. So I start looking online for one while looking for a TSM for it. Found the TSM for $70 but no owners manual so my wife emails Toyota through their customer support on their website last week on how to purchase one. They replied to her today that they would be sending us one FREE OF CHARGE and would be here within 7-10 business days. Now thats customer service.:love:
