yeah, the Toyota Corolla (AE92) was offered in 4 versions in Japan, a Sedan, a Hatch, and two coupes: the Trueno and the Levin..
We received a "hybrid" version in North America, which came with the Trueno pop up headlights, but a different front bumper, with the same turn signals as the Camry, MR2, etc.(I swapped in a set of clear signals from a 91 Camry on my girl's '90 SR5.) The taillights resemble those of the Levin, with slight variations, mainly the fact that North American taillights were shorter, and the license plate lights were included in the middle piece, and JDM Levin taillights have them on the rear bumper. Our Corolla GT-S came with a Trueno style rear wing, except with a trapezoidal 3rd brake light, instead of the LED bar, otherwise the wing is the same. The Levin came with a two point wing, with it's pedestals at the far ends...
The Levin/Trueno came with a 4AGE, or a supercharged 4AGZE (which came with a functional hood scoop for the top mounted IC)...
Pre-90 SR5 North American Corollas came with a Carbeurated 4A-E, and a Fuel Injected 4AFE for it's last years, and were available with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed Automatic...
GT-S Corollas from all years came with the Fuel Injected 4AGE, and were 5-speed only...
That's pretty much all I can remember off the top of my head...
