Wow dude, that sucks. I know how you feel though, early this year I totalled my stealth out, and a few months ago a semi rear ended my fiancee who was stopped in a traffic jam. She is still going to three doctors over it.
BTW I was wearing my seat belt, and the damn thing came apart on me, and my head was bumping all over the ceiling.
