Totalled My supra this morning

coming home from the dyno last night, my left rear suspension either broke or seized i'm guessing it broke cause the wheel is sitting about 4 inches under the rear fender. i hit the left wall traveling north on I95 after the car went sideways on I95, after i hit i spun backwards and the car stopped dead in the middle of I95. so i jump out the car run for the service lane and as soon as i got to the other side of I95 a red volkswagon gti hit the stalled car and flipped twice, totalling the supra completely and her car. all thats good on there is my motor tranny and some rear body panels. i'll upload pics when i take them later today.

That is absoulutly terrible. Your alright and thats all that counts :)

So what happened? A car stalled on i95 and a red gti hit TAHT car, or your car stalled and the gti hit you?

when i said stalled car yes i was referring to my car. i tried to start it up after it stopped but no dice.

happened between commercial and cypress creek overpass, bout 2:30 this morning. this happened when the car did so well on the dyno, it put down 445 at 19psi wit a perfect af almost. then this happens.

yeah, i'll get another that's better with no suspension problems. just gotta drop my motor and wire up my gauges and everything else all over again.

least you can salvage the two most important parts: you and the motor :)

Yea this time i'ma make sure i get a clean body with no major problems. I'm just glad no one really got hurt or killed. Wear your seatbelts guys. if it weren't for my seatbelt my head would've smashed that windshield or i would've been tossed around inside the car while i was spinning and the chick in the golf woul've def been ejected.

WOW! Good thing you got out quickly! Glad to hear you are OK. I'm in the middle of swapping my good motor into another car after a total. But mine is getting a lot of cool upgrades along the way...........Food for thought

took 2 camera phone pics, they aren't to clear but u can tell the extent of the damage, my driver side front wheel was pushed almost to the inside of the car after the VW hit it.

that sucks, sounds like u got my kind of luck. no, scratch that, if u had my luck ur engine would have somehow been ejected from the car and ran over by a semi. soooo....was the chick in the vw hot??? lol - just tryin to look at the bright side
