This is retarded. almost everyone has had food poisioning at one time or another or at least been sick from a restaurant. Never heard of anyone charging a place for it.

Ive eated half a plate of almost raw chicken wings by accident, My dad got sick from being served almost raw fish at a restuarant. They would only offer a partial refund. This shit happens all the time

I'm usually a regular and will hit a place weekly if not more often, so they usually take care of me...
