Last I checked...the nut is a 14mm 12 pt head.

I'm 99% sure that he has a boost leak. The car starts pulling and the A/R's are in the high 11's then as soon as it reaches 10lbs boost the A/R ratios drop like a rock to low 10's and lower, and the car starts missing. I told Luigi to build a boost tester and pressurize the system, then he'll find his leaks.
