I was looking in my newspaper and saw a 1989 turbo supra with 125000 miles for $5,000. So i called him and he said it was in excellent condition. The next week, i went over and the car was in excellent condition inside. The Engine look clean and sounded good? Is it a scam or really true?

unless someone here has esp and can "see" the car over the internet cant really tell you for sure dude.
have a mechanic look it over and look up the vin on carfax i beleive someone has a subscription for a month on this very forum

i payed 2gs for my 87 Na but it was almost immaculate interior and body, and engine was running strong, so i would ecpect to pay around 3k no more than 35 for a 89T. but thats me. im cheap. cause i gots no money.
I think 5k would be a fair price if the car is in very good condition. I paid more than that for an 88 N/A and I don't regret it.

i paid 5k for my 89' in 2001. 100k, red/gray leather, ah just see my sig. a few members here and on sf can vouch for ow clean this car was. 5k is worth it if it's very very clean.
