Hello, new guy here.
I've owned Toyota trucks/4runners/landcruisers since 1980 when I gave up on GM.
The supra is a hobby - beautiful workmanship by Toyota.

I'm getting coolant leaking out of the bottom my timing belt case and the bolts that pass through the water pump and through the case show corrosion. I believe coolant is hydrolicing out the bolt holes and taking out the water pumg gasket too. I'll do a pressure check to confirm. Here's the question. Can the case gasget be changed reliably without removing the head and or oil pan?

No probs, a few here will tell you it's possible but if you like a trouble free engine with 0 oil leaks it isn't.

Check the Waterpump cavity in the timing case for errosion as it's quite common and causes cavitation in the pump which leads to more errosion and so on...
