Tightning Bearing Cap bolts Question?

Im reading my TSRM and i was wondering i know this will sounds stupid but i dont want to snap my camshaft .

When it says install bearing cap bolts in sequence below does that mean both bolts? sorry if this is a stupid question.

Yes both bolts... dont tighten all the way down... just get them going then go to next cap then next and next... then start back over with the order tsrm says... till they are all tight. then torque to spec
