Tien Flex EDFC controller

Hey all,
for my set up I have Tien flex with the EDFC controller but the problem is I get an error on my rear EDFC controllers. anyone have a clue what I can do to fix this?

check wiring? Maybe you have them mounted the wrong way?

yeah i'm gonna have to look them over. I hoping this is something that I did wrong, that way I know the motors are good.
