You could, but just get a gasket... silicone is a PITA to clean off if you ever take it apart again.

not that i dont wanna spend the 2bucks just i had to change the throttle body and i needed to do it now. but on the bottom of the throttle theres that round thing thats like orange and beige color with a vacumm hose on the bottom of it where does that connect too ?? anyone know what im talking about?

IIRC, that's the dashpot and it connects just where it is on the TB.

I made a new one from a (carton) cereal box.

Just cut it out to fit and add some silicone gasket and you're good to go.
Holds boost up to at least 14 psi that's for sure.
