Throttle air temp, How can I get a reading on a laptop Program>?

I would like to have a laptop and a program that tells me what % my throttle plate is at, the air temp going into the engine, Fuel trim, how many MPH I am going but my idle is at, and all of that, what do i get or use to do this? Is my Ecu reading those through sensors?

If all you want to do is monitor these values then you should probably think otherwise. But if your actually interested in tuning your car and having those values actually mean something to you then Maftpro running in speed density is probably the best option for you.
